COOKIE POLICY

This Cookie Policy explains how Kirchner Coaching (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on kirchnercoaching.com (“Website”) and how you can control them.

1) What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, SDKs, or local storage) can also store or access information on your device to enable website functionality, measure usage, or support marketing.

Under Dutch and EU rules, we must provide clear information about these technologies and, for non-essential cookies/trackers, obtain your consent before they are used. You can manage your choices at any time (see Section 4).

2) Which categories of cookies do we use?
We use the following categories:

A. Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
These cookies are required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you (e.g., security, basic page functionality, and consent preference storage).

B. Analytics cookies (optional)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our Website (e.g., which pages are visited, what content is most useful). We only use analytics cookies if you consent.

We use: Google Analytics (if enabled)

C. Marketing cookies (optional)
These cookies are used to measure advertising performance and to help us show relevant advertising (for example through retargeting/remarketing). We only use marketing cookies if you consent.

We use (if enabled):
- Meta Pixel (Meta / Facebook)
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn)

The LinkedIn Insight Tag may use cookies and similar technologies and may add a click identifier to landing page URLs to improve conversion measurement (for example, “enhanced conversion tracking”).

3) Cookies used by third parties
Some cookies/trackers are placed by third parties when you visit our Website, for example analytics and advertising providers. When you consent to Analytics or Marketing cookies, certain information (such as device and usage data, and online identifiers) may be shared with these providers for the purposes described above.

4) How can you manage or withdraw your consent?
We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) provided by Usercentrics to manage cookie preferences. When you first visit our Website you will see a banner where you can accept, reject, or customize your choices.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the permanent “Cookie Settings” or the floating fingerprint button on the Website.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5) How long do cookies stay on my device?
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (“session cookies”). Others remain on your device until they expire or you delete them (“persistent cookies”). The exact lifetime depends on the cookie and is shown in our Cookie Settings panel (Usercentrics), where you can also see the cookie list and details.

6) Do Not Track and browser settings
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings (e.g., blocking all cookies or deleting existing cookies). Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect Website functionality.
