What can i expect?

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. It is essentially a conversation - a dialogue between you and me within a productive, results oriented context.

Having a coach might require a much bigger commitment than you are normally willing to make: there are actions to be done between the sessions; there is someone to answer to for what you say you will do. The good news is, however, that most people find this time to be incredibly rewarding and the time of enormous personal growth.

Coaching structure is:

  • Generally a 3-12 months process

  • MBTI profiling (optional)

  • Regular coaching sessions of 1-3 hours long in person or virtually

  • Multiple evaluations during the coaching process, as applicable

 I am particularly effective when coaching on issues of:

what about confidentiality?

 The coaching sessions are between the Coachee and the Coach. Information shared during the sessions is kept strictly confidential.
