What can my organization expect?

Your organization will receive professional, cutting edge executive coaching services under the core of competencies and code of ethics of International Coach Federation, ICF. The coaching services include one-on-one executive coaching, group coaching and team coaching.

The one-on-one executive coaching structure of KirchnerCoaching is as follows:

  • Generally a 3-12 months process

  • Assessments used by your Company like 360s, MBTI, DISC, Harrison, etc. might be part of it, as applicable

  • Regular one-on-one coaching sessions in person or virtually as applicable

  • Coaching Action Plan including coaching goals, strategy and actions

  • Regular dialogue, at least three times: in the beginning (goal setting), the middle (progress report), and at the end of the coaching process (conclusion), with other stakeholders, such as line manager and/or HR, as applicable

  • Multiple evaluations during the coaching process, as applicable

 

The team coaching structure of KirchnerCoaching is as follows:

  • Generally a 3-12 months process

  • Assessments used by your Company like 360s, MBTI, DISC, Harrison, etc. might be part of it, as applicable

  • Regular team coaching sessions of 2-4 hours

  • Coaching Action Plan including coaching goals, strategy and actions

  • Regular dialogue, at least three times: in the beginning (goal setting), the middle (progress report), and at the end of the coaching process (conclusion), with other stakeholders, as applicable
