About
Hello, my name is Anna Lorant, and I am the founder of Kirchner Coaching. I named my company in honor of my paternal grandfather, Ferenc Kirchner, an inspirational figure who embodied extraordinary compassion and courage, even during the darkest times of the 20th century. His legacy continues to guide my work and values today.
As a certified neuroscience coach for the past 20 years my approach to coaching is to facilitate positive change and growth by building on cutting edge theories from contemporary neuroscience. As a digital nomad, I have developed expertise in remote coaching, supporting clients worldwide with flexibility and cultural awareness.
Under the code of conduct of ICF, International Coach Federation, I deliver tailor made learning and development solutions, including executive coaching, team coaching and team building, workshops and facilitation based on the Your needs, and requirements of your the organization, if applicable.I work with a broad spectrum of clients including professionals from the financial services, space and aeronautics industry, engineering, publishing, higher education institutions and FMCG industries, among others.
My coaching style has been described as holistic and passionate, as well as direct and very insightful.
Prior to founding Kirchner Coaching, I was a senior executive in the financial audit and business advisory divisions of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 10 years.
